About
I'm part of ML/AI technical leadership at Atlassian, leading initiatives for developer-focused AI products like Rovo Dev Code Review and Rovo Dev. With 14+ years of experience, I build and scale intelligent systems that bridge research and product, from early ideation to production.
Previously at Microsoft, I drove Responsible AI work for GitHub Copilot and Azure OpenAI, including PII redaction, code vulnerability detection, and IP harm filtering. I also built benchmarking pipelines for OpenAI models in Bing.
Before that, at AWS AI, I designed NLP pipelines powering Lex, including real-time utterance expansion and conversation generation tools that improved customer onboarding.
I lead with clarity: aligning cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and driving org-level impact. Academically, I earned my Master's from the University of Washington in Seattle and I'm enrolled in Stanford's Artificial Intelligence Professional Program.

Designed real-time utterance expansion and conversation generation under Lex latency constraints, plus data augmentation and benchmarking tools that became part of Lex's language stack.
